I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the city center. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and crisp, clean linen. The breakfast selection was impressive and a great value for the price. Excellent breakfast with varied options, including omelettes and waffles. Spacious room with a kitchen. Quiet location near trams and city center. Helpful staff provided portable radiators when central heating wasn't working. Conveniently close to famous square.

The staff was delightfully helpful, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an ancient part of the city near the historical city center and the old town and the Wawel castle. We had enjoyable 1 day here, recommend: )

I loved its location and staff, very comfortable building. Extremely comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and central heating, iron/ironing board and a work desk in the room. Early check-in too. Everything really good.

I loved the location of this hotel - just a short walk away from the bustling town square but far enough to escape the noise. The convenience of being close to the city center was a major plus for me.
There was nothing I didn't like.
